Apple just released an iOS update, version 6.1.3 to iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and Apple TV users to address major bug issues on passcode lockscreen as spotted recently. The update was reported by MacRumours earlier but we could officially update our iPad only a while ago after a push notification showed up the update. The update seems to fix an exploit that could give unrestricted access to users from lockscreen even after a passcode has been enabled. This could help users to steal valuable data from the device which is not intended to.
Apart from that Apple seems to have provided various updates to Apple Maps as well, especially for Japanese users. Feel free to use the download links below to update your devices.
PS: JAILBREAKERS NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS UPDATE AS APPLE PATCHED THE JAILBREAK LOOPHOLE
